Our facility team is looking for active support for the handling of maintenance and construction projects. A key task is the support of the construction project at our location in Marchtrenk as well as the ongoing renovations and conversions.
We are looking for an experienced person who will act as an interface to external partners and internal departments and contribute his expertise.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Deputy and support in the expansion of the Marchtrenk site
  • Project management for renovations, conversions and new buildings, including planning, coordination and monitoring of progress
  • Client representation and official matters
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Technical training (specializations in building construction, E, FM, HKLS)
  • Several years of professional experience in the project environment
  • Knowledge of FM software, CAD and routine handling of MS Office
  • Experience in the field of building permits, official requirements, laws, standards and fire protection
  • Independent and self-reliant way of working with a hands-on mentality
  • Communicative, open-minded personality who likes to work in a team

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 52.206 Euro.
